Educational and Tracking Use Only

Peptide Tracking is a private tracking, reminder, education, and wellness-organization tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosage recommendations, safety determinations, or emergency services. Always consult a licensed medical professional before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, peptide, supplement, treatment, dose, or routine.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter, the decisions you make, and your use of reminders, logs, scans, research content, and insights. The app may help organize information, but it does not replace a clinician, pharmacist, or qualified professional.

Subscriptions

Premium access may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or promotional offers handled by Apple and RevenueCat. Prices, trials, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Health, Fitness, Photo, and AI Features

HealthKit, Apple Fitness, meal photo, body photo, face photo, and AI-assisted features are intended for personal logging and educational summaries only. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as medical or nutritional advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with app functionality, submit illegal or harmful content, attempt to reverse engineer protected services, or use the app to facilitate unlawful activity.

Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptide Tracking and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made using app content or user-entered information.
