This Privacy Policy explains how Evolve handles your data. Updated September 15, 2026.
Your Rights
We collect and protect your health data to provide personalized fitness recommendations and track your progress. This includes workout history, nutrition logs, and meditation sessions.
Data Collection

Subscriptions and Advertising Measurement
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and Meta's SDK to measure app installs and launches. Starting with Evolve 1.18.3, if you allow Apple's tracking permission, we share device identifiers, a Meta app identifier, a hashed account identifier, and subscription events with Meta to measure the effectiveness of Evolve's ads. Subscription events include trial starts, purchases, conversions from a trial to a paid subscription, and renewals, including the product, transaction time, currency, and amount. Device and connection information, such as IP address, app version, and operating system, may also accompany these events.
RevenueCat sends permitted subscription events to Meta, including renewals that occur while the app is closed. We do not send your workout history, nutrition logs, meditation activity, body measurements, health records, precise location, name, or email address to Meta through this integration.
TikTok Advertising Measurement
Starting with Evolve 1.18.4, if you allow Apple's tracking permission, we also use TikTok's App Events SDK to measure the effectiveness of Evolve's ads. We share app install and launch events, account registration and login events, onboarding completion, paywall views and dismissals, checkout outcomes, Premium activation, and verified paid subscription purchases. These events may include device identifiers, event identifiers, a general paywall placement, the subscription product, purchase amount and currency, and device or connection information such as IP address, app version, and operating system.
We do not send your onboarding answers, workout history, nutrition logs, meditation activity, body measurements, health records, precise location, name, email address, or screenshots to TikTok through this integration. Restoring a purchase or signing in does not create a new paid purchase event. TikTok device events are not sent when tracking is not authorized.
We also use Apple's privacy-preserving aggregate ad attribution. This can operate independently of tracking permission and does not include your health records or activity details.
Your Tracking Choices
You can decline Apple's tracking prompt and continue using Evolve and its subscriptions. You can change your choice at any time in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Evolve. When tracking is not authorized, the Meta integration does not collect the advertising identifier or forward subscription events from RevenueCat to Meta based on the latest consent status it has received. Evolve sends your updated choice to RevenueCat when you next open the app with an internet connection. Changing your choice does not undo data already shared.
